In a recent example, a massive data breach was reported by an aggregator on Friday, a week after the actual incident. Large companies, including financial institutions and their data have been breached. The public cloud private keys got breached from some developer. Hackers got access to the database and source code. Aggregation platform connected hyper scalers and end customers became victims of the breach. Neither the cloud provider, aggregator or hyper scaler will take responsibility on the consumer data which has already been compromised. The regulators disconnected & blocked the aggregation platforms, but the damage is done. The public cloud unsecure & flawed. Enterprise data is best on Private or Hybrid Cloud #eastsideworld environments for reasons of security & infrastructure control. In a similar event a month back, with crowd strike, which was orchestrated to be a software upgrade issues grounding airlines, converting hospitals into data islands.
