Our pizza’s so good, the 3PL drivers go to any length to steal it! Or maybe, theft is just more rampant by drivers. In this case, the driver made sure to get the right after they order, spelling the customers name out. Once she gets it, she leaves. 20 minutes later, a new driver arrives to pick up the order. We tell them the order was already picked up. 3PL provider claims we never made it the first time. The franchisee makes a second order and submits proof to the 3PL provider. Claim denied; we’re out the money. We document every single order that goes out. Pictures and or video, and yet, denied by both platforms. What’s your rate of shrinkage with 3PL? Voosh helps with customer disputes, but you can’t clearly go it alone when up against these sales channels. The Two Ronnies demonstrate a great lesson in meeting customers' needs and customer service. True Story below; It does not matter if you have mint chocolate chip, maple syrup, triple fudge whip or raspberry ripple if your customer wants cheese and onion. Knowing your customer's needs is critical for business success. Filling the menu with your favourites is a recipe for disaster if your customer base does not share them. How often do you validate your product range? How do you update/delete items? What are the innovations you have planned for 2025? Mr Totty Ice Creams in Dee Lane, West Kirby, won a large and loyal customer base through his homemade sasparilla ice lollies. Nowhere else sold them, so he guaranteed a queue outside his shop on a hot day as customers waited for his iced delights. Mr Totty would also award children a "free" flake if he could not guess their names. I never saw him correctly guess a single child's name, so there were many excited children beating a path to his shop door. #customerchoice #customerservice #roynewey
