Hi, I'm Blair. I'm a project coordinator here at Pack Room and I've worked here for three years. I was born and raised in San Diego and I'm currently a part of Pack Rims largest project. One of the most rewarding parts of working in construction is the diversity of personalities and work styles and having the same end goal. A piece of advice I would give to any woman looking to go into this industry is to just go for it. Everyone's really welcoming and it's a great, it's a great work environment, it's great. There's so many different types of people in the industry and. A lot of people who are willing to help you on your journey and give you advice and tips along the way. And yeah.
