I'm thrilled to share that my research paper, titled "Information and Privacy: A Comparative Legal Analysis With Implications for India," has been published in the Indian Journal of Law and Legal Research (Volume 6, Issue 5) This work dives into the ever-evolving field of genetics and explores the significant privacy challenges associated with genetic testing and data collection. As advancements in genetic research open new doors to understanding our predispositions to various diseases, they also raise important questions about privacy and the responsible use of genetic information.
