Follow Me To Antartica... Love this post from Owlhub and has me thinking about leaders. I have two leaders that if they called me about an opportunity to work in Antartica that I would give serious consideration to the opportunity. ?? Why? *Honestly care about me as a person and my goals. *Understand my strengths and weakness and know this is opportunity fits my strengths. *Communicate a clear vision and set expectations. *Create a culture in which psychological safety is foundational. *Create environments in which their team can be relentless in accountability and driving impact. *Advocate for their team in other spaces. *Reach across organizational silos to figure out pain points for the people they support. Through this they set the stage for the individuals, team, and organization to be successful. As a leader, what is your legacy? How many people are following you to Antartica? Happy Tuesday!
