Key Responsibilities Business Development Manage and enhance business partnerships. Develop and execute plans to generate leads and meet sales targets. Tailor proposals to client needs and represent the company at industry events. Collaborate with teams to develop and respond to business opportunities. Ensure effective communication with prospects and clients. Research Management Oversee research projects from design to reporting. Conduct surveys, focus groups, and data analysis. Provide actionable recommendations based on research findings. Ensure compliance with company and legal standards. Mentor and support team members to achieve research excellence. Knowledge Sharing and Development Stay updated on industry trends. Requirements: Minimum of BSc/HND in a related filed. Minimum of 5 years experience in the same role.
