As a leader, the best thing you can do for your team is position them for growth and advancement within the company. Set them up for recognition, create opportunities for them to lead as this is how they’ll grow. If everyone on your team cares more about their neighbor winning, as opposed to themselves, your team will thrive seamlessly. Whenever you represent your organization to others you have 3 obligations: Representing yourself well, Representing your Leader/company well and Representing your team well.
