Hurry, Worry, Ready, Steady - which one are you? Let's talk about resilience for a moment. I recently read Simon T. Bailey's book "Resilience @ Work" and it covers the journey of 4 main characters who meet for surfing lessons. Now... What is the key to the sport of surfing? The ability to pop back up. "You can't stop the waves from coming... But you can learn to surf" My favorite part of the book is the friend-to-friend conversations as Hurry and Worry get the help they need to be more Ready and Steady in their lives. There's also a questionnaire in the back of the book to see how much we relate to each character in the book. Which one are you? What would you say? P.S. I'm Hurry! ??
