?? Reflecting on 2024, I'm proud to share some significant milestones that have shaped my journey this year: 1. Pioneering Cross-Company Collaboration: I had the incredible opportunity to initiate and lead our first cross-company collaboration with L’Oréal. This partnership not only enhanced our innovation capabilities but also strengthened our commitment to delivering exceptional value to our clients. 2. Launch of Litfulo: I am thrilled to announce the successful launch of Litfulo, a project that has been close to my heart. This initiative represents our dedication to litfulo creating impactful solutions in those patients in need. 3. Cibinqo in the different sectors: We made strides in expanding the availability of Cibinqo to ensure our cutting-edge solutions are accessible to a broader audience. This achievement reflects our mission to make a difference in various communities. 4. New Indication of Xeljanz: I am proud to share that we have successfully made the new indication of Xeljanz available in the more sectors. This advancement is crucial for patients seeking effective treatment options, and it underscores our commitment to improving patient care and access to innovative therapies. 5. Organized Patient Activity for Eczema and Mental Health Awareness: I had the privilege of organizing a patient activity focused on raising awareness of eczema and its impact on mental health. This initiative aimed to educate participants about the connection between skin conditions and mental well-being, empowering patients and fostering a supportive community. 6. Further broadening my horizons through collaboration with China team: Last but not the least, I had a chance to participate in Marketing Academy organized by China team in April. As we say goodbye to 2024, I’ve been reflecting on what a wild and rewarding year it’s been. Leaving corporate America to fully commit to building Dear Flor wasn’t just a career shift. It was about creating something that’s ours, a company that reflects our personal mission to celebrate Filipino culture and bring authenticity to an industry that often overlooks it. This journey has been about more than just cannabis gummies. It’s about navigating the twists and turns of the California cannabis market (MedMen R.I.P.), making bold moves like our transition to a direct-to-consumer model in October (a game-changer for us), and witnessing overwhelming support from our launch through our very first Black Friday. Seeing so many people embrace our gummies has been nothing short of incredible. Due to overwhelming demand, we're already in pre-orders for our next run which is shipping mid-January! Let’s be real, though: the cannabis industry can sometimes feel like running an obstacle course while building the track. It takes resilience, creativity, and an amazing community to keep going. Thankfully, we’ve got all three. But this year hasn’t just been about milestones—it’s also about the relationships we’ve built along the way. From customers to collaborators, the friendships we’ve formed and deepened have been the most meaningful part of this journey. As we look ahead to 2025, we’re excited to build on everything we’ve started. More flavors, more connections, and more opportunities to celebrate Filipino excellence in an industry that needs it. Today PSA released the?Pharmacists in 2030: Strengthening consumer voices?report, an addendum to the?Pharmacists in 2030?vision released earlier this year. ? The report reflects on the outcomes of our consumer consultation process undertaken as part of the Pharmacists in 2030 project. In it, PSA also makes a series of commitments to go beyond engagement and continue to partner with consumers at-all levels of our our work. ?? Strengthening Bonds: Our Journey to a Great Workplace ?? At Ghintell, collaboration isn't just a buzzword;?it's the cornerstone of innovation and success. We recently hosted a dynamic four-day workshop series dedicated to fostering collaboration and strengthening connections within our team Ghintell, ijovi and Zealth. Throughout, our team engaged in lively brainstorming sessions, where ideas flowed freely, and creativity soared. From brainstorming sessions to breakout groups, every voice was heard, and every idea was valued. But true collaboration goes beyond the boardroom. We foster personal connections through a series of mini team outings, where laughter and camaraderie flourish, and everyone has the chance to connect on a more personal level. To celebrate our diverse team and cultures, we also hosted an Ethnic Day, where we came together to celebrate our differences and learn from one another. These workshops were just the beginning of our journey to creating a truly great place to work. Less than three weeks before we close out 2024 & what will be the 5 year business anniversary milestone for myself & The Echelon Effect Before we break out the mojitos & caipiroskas though, we have nine flights, 7 gigs & another Cross-Tasman trip to work our way through. These upcoming programs continue this years themes & patterns: - How do we ask better, more insightful questions? - How can I collaborate more productively with our customers when things get a little tricky? - How do we become more curious when we encounter friction instead of running away, or jumping to solution-mode? - How do we better align internally across our many functions and business units through a #KAM approach? - How do we proactively create change? - What are real insights, how do we identify these & how can I productively communicate them internally?
