As we come to the end of 2024, and as I prepared this Merry Christmas-Holiday Season and Pre-New Year 2025 Greeting Card from all of us at IFG to all of you in the aerospace industry; I reflect on the last 32 years of interacting with all of you, esteemed colleagues and industry friends and some of you, indeed, family as well. This photo appeared in my office, coincidentally, today, check out the time stamp, exactly 30 years ago to the day, and even possibly the hour, I recall as if it was yesterday, but 30 years have gone by...Fast!. I was a young Captain, and that day I was flying from Mexico City to Madrid, with another 747 Captain, my father. For me, from airline Captain to CEO, a long, exciting and "fast" journey. No one can "buy" time, but indeed we can make time on earth more efficient, productive and firendly...by flying faster.
