First PDW in my life ?? Organization Studies and Organization Theory PDW in Melbourne is a treasure trove of insight and learning! I am deeply thankful to the great organizers, Dr. Mhamed Biygautane, Ph.D., Prof. Alex Newman, and Dr. Dwyer, for their exceptional efforts in making this event a big success ?? A special mention to our round table mentors, Prof. Michael Lounsbury and Prof. Tine K?hler, who beautifully elaborated on the difference of Grounded Theory and Thematic Analysis research methods. Your contribution and explanation have significantly enriched our understanding.
