This week, Organization Studies and Organization Theory proudly hosted a?Paper Development Workshop?at Melbourne Business School (MBS) Conference Centre. Designed for Advanced PhD Students, Early Career Researchers (ECRs), and Junior Faculty from Australia, New Zealand, and the Asia-Pacific region, the workshop aimed to support emerging scholars in their academic journeys.
