This week, Organization Studies and Organization Theory proudly hosted a?Paper Development Workshop?at Melbourne Business School (MBS) Conference Centre. Designed for Advanced PhD Students, Early Career Researchers (ECRs), and Junior Faculty from Australia, New Zealand, and the Asia-Pacific region, the workshop aimed to support emerging scholars in their academic journeys. H?llerer | UNSW Sydney Business School The workshop kicked off on Sunday, March 9th, with a warm reception, setting the stage for?stimulating discussions, valuable feedback, and vibrant academic exchanges.?From insights into publishing to engaging debates, the atmosphere has been nothing short of inspiring—with plenty of laughs along the way, fostering a true spirit of collegiality.
