3 个月Hi, What is your criteria to hire a senior manager? Being rude? Being able to steal? What is your membership tactic? Forcing people to pay for the services that they do not use? By deceiving them and not explaining the membership during sign up and then charging them? While I was signing up, they gave me a form to sign for 2 seconds, took it and started explaining about how workouts work. After one month, i send a txt msg to the studio to cancel my membership. They told me it is ok but I just need to go and sign a form. Nobody warned me if I do not sign that form, I am going to be charged for the rest of my life. And your rude senior manager threatened me and misbehaved. The least you can do is just check if your managers are thinking customer-focused. Not only I am going to write negative reviews all over social media about her rude emails with documents, I am also filing a complaint for Alberta consumer rights. I did not think orange theory is so poor for $300 to lose some potential customers.
