There seems to be a standard format for these sorts of announcements, but I don’t really love coloring in the lines…so, straight on to the news: I'm excited to join Opus Research as VP, Lead Analyst, where I’ll guide our research in conversational AI, conversation analytics, and digital and conversational commerce. With nearly 40 years of expertise, Opus is widely known for its focus on the intersection of technologies like NLU, machine learning, generative AI, and LLMs. Beyond those core technologies, I'll also help Opus explore AI's impact on people—how it affects work, outsourcing, and the evolving roles of humans alongside AI, highlighting the skills needed for the future workforce. The rapid adoption of AI is transforming both consumer behavior and enterprise software. It’s an exciting time to dive into these changes. I’m looking forward to connecting with many of you in this new role, but fret not, I’ll continue torturing you with dad jokes and weaving music trivia and references into everything I do.
Well, I hope they have someone very special taking you out for lunch on your first day!
Why don't we have a chat on this topic for #CXFiles - first podcast in the new role?
