No matter what your industry or trade, it’s critical to always be evaluating ways of improving workflows and efficiencies, enhancing worker safety and advancing environmental objectives if you are to keep pace with or stay one step ahead of the competition. We were reminded of this recently when we decided to evaluate the use of rebar tying guns by our crew. We recently placed and fixed approximately 10-tonnes of reo into two identical OSD tank bases, one via the conventional method and the other with the assistance of a rebar tying gun. Our crew made meaningful gains both in terms of the time spent tying, as well as how easy they find the process. This is thanks not only to an >8-fold reduction in time required to complete a given tying job, but also by virtue of largely eliminating the need to constantly bend down to wrap and cut the tie wires around the steel. They require less wire per tie too, which really adds up when you are doing hundreds/thousands of ties a day. Adopting these tools has lead to a measurable increase in productivity, delivering a bankable improvement in the amount of steel placed per hour, as well as a reduction in the associated wire waste, and has also helped to reduce the kind of repetitive stress our crew members must endure on site. We now get more work done, more efficiently, and in less time and/or with less personnel, which has enhanced our ability to more competitively price prospective jobs.

Another thing is the technique to make that equipment or a product in a precise shape and before going for any product manufacturing we first need to make a design that how it'll look like and how much material we required to make the product look good and stay strong. If you consider these things the price will always be high as it contains intense effort.
