Congratulations to the City of Bondurant and Bondurant Emergency Services! The new Emergency Services Facility is the first in the community's new civic campus. As such the design needed to reflect the city's forward-thinking and innovative perspective while also providing a functional, efficient, flexible and durable facility for the fire and EMS departments to live and work. The facility also sets the tone for the city’s future civic projects by investing in an all-electric, NZE building that incorporates a geothermal system with an electric boiler for radiant floor heating at apparatus bays and a photovoltaic array that supports 100% of the building’s predicted energy need.
