The #TAVRUNLOAD trial results shared at #TCT2024 show us that while preemptive TAVR didn’t show clear advantages over close monitoring in reducing major health risks for patients with moderate aortic stenosis and heart failure, it did improve quality of life after one year. This makes me wonder if TAVR might be a good choice for some patients with symptoms.
