When I was a HubSpot partner, I did a lot of reconfiguration of existing HubSpot accounts. The #1 reason for these reconfigurations was because there was a lack of trust in the CRM data. This lack of trust stemmed from two primary reasons: 1?? Lack of adoption and training to use the CRM properly. Bad Habits = Bad Data = Lack of Decision Making = Zero trust in the CRM. 2?? A configuration of the CRM that didn't meet the needs of the customer. Out of the box builds don't cut it anymore for impactful customer relationships. These points echo one of the main themes that all HubSpot partners should be considering going into the future: Adoption. Adoption is driven by a belief in the processes and platforms that enable the people to be successful. It leads to longer customer relationships, more meaningful service delivery, and scalability for a CRM universe that is about to change.
