In this article published today, we evaluate the benefits of #stool #testing for #diagnosing #pulmonary #tuberculosis (TB) based on two years of nationwide data from Denmark, which is a low-incidence, resource-rich country. We find no additional diagnostic value of stool testing in our setting. Actually, stool testing only, could lead to missed PTB diagnoses. Read the details:

??Very interesting study analysed by Prof. Simon Carley evaluating the link between invasive blood pressure and the probability of ROSC. ?? A higher diastolic blood pressure may increase the chances of ROSC. ?? A DBP of min. 35mmHg could be an indicator for patients achieving ROSC under ungoing resuscitation. ?? We know from animal data that we can achieve higher IBP with #ChestCompressionSyncronizedVentilation CCSV in comparison to standard ventilation ??
