The AI Bubble-Why It's About To Burst In regards to AI, we are heading toward a bubble—a big one that will inevitably burst. Why do I think this? There are two key reasons. Here is the first: The hype surrounding AI is palpable. There's a tendency among companies to pursue ambitious projects that, frankly, may be impossible to achieve. After two or three years of heavy investment, many of these companies might find themselves unable to deliver on their promises. This will likely lead to shutdowns, not just for one company, but for many across the industry. Imagine the waste: a significant amount of money down the drain, resulting in nothing to show for it. It's a scenario that's all too plausible and one that we must be wary of. It is essential to prioritize sustainable growth over unrealistic expectations. Focusing on building solid foundations for AI development rather than getting swept away by the hype.
