We launched our Portugal 2024 retreat for June 27th - July 2nd! Join us for 5 nights/six days in a beautiful villa outside of Porto this summer. Love yoga, and desperately need a vacation? We've got you covered! There is still room on our Portugal 2024 retreat from June 27th to July 2nd 2024. This is our second go around, and while the first Portugal retreat was incredible, we added new excursions that will make it even better. This year, included in the price of the retreat, we will take a guided tour of the Douro Valley, a world famous wine region and a UNESCO World Heritage site. We also added a tour of a wine cave in Gaia, where port wine has been traditionally stored before being shipped around the globe. These excursions, on top of a boat cruise down the Douro River and a waterfall hike/swim, is just the cherry on top.
