If you're a real estate team leader and want to manage all of your agents and their compliance from one platform, then follow along. This platform, called Onsite Legion allows your team to create unlimited lead forms, set team wide compliance documents for open houses, and has a built-in E signature platform. When you log into Legion, on the left hand side you can head over to Admin Center. Here you can Add all members of your team by clicking the plus user button or scroll to the bottom in. Each account has a custom link that you can send to one of your. Agents to sign up from next you can click on the esign docs tab and you can see all compliance documents you have that are shared with the company. And if you want to add more just click esign docs on the left hand side and it will take you where you can upload new compliance docs. Plus, you have the option to publish where your whole team or just for yourself. You can also see how many lead forms your agents have made along with who made them and how many leads they captured from it, letting you keep track of which agents are being active and staying compliant during their open house. Lead Gen. also partnered with Zapier so you are easily able to integrate your leads with any other system you are currently using.
