Patience and perseverance is grossly underestimated! Extremely smart and intelligent team members tend to loose the initial value they bring when they dont have these two qualities and averagely smart team members with little or no skills, but with a high level of patience, perseverance and commitment to growing tend to acquire all the skills and intelligence they need and become extremely valuable to a team over time! Lando their star - who almost wanted his way out start of the season. kudos to Zak Brown for owning up to Lando and infusing that sense of empathy, camaraderie, vision of doing something great together. Retention of talent is an art. Not everyone can do it. Recognising systems limitation, owning up, and giving strength to a talent needs the system to gulp it's ego. Slay the internal politics, get rid of the real rotten apples - Zak Brown did what was needed. Today Lando repaid. Slowing down Perez and helping Oscar and eventually crushing the arrogance of Max. Cristian Horner has two issues now at hand - wanna be leader but solid under performer Perez in one hand. Cry baby Max who's on another end. As is clear - talent will beat doled out positions. Always.

Flashback to 1999 and Moira was just beginning her career changing journey, working with huge brands like Renault, Boots and Unilever. When asked what her favourite memory was from those times, Moira said... "I feel like I grew up when I was at the BBC as I was young and living away from home, so all my colleagues felt like family - Paul Kombou, Sarah Akhust, Avril Murray, Lorna Ko. My favourite deal was and still is the deal we secured for Renault Scenic - Scenic Days out. It ran across several of our brands and was, at the time ground-breaking as it also included sponsored bumper ads on UKTV. This had never been done before and was the first time we worked in partnership with another media owner. It was the first Multi-Media campaign the BBC had run. The client chose us time and again as they loved the collaborative way we worked with them."
