Türkiye’s 2035 road map in the field of renewable energy was announced at a launch meeting organized by the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources. According to the road map, the current installed capacity of 30 thousand MW in solar and wind is aimed to be increased fourfold to 120 thousand MW by 2035. In order to achieve this goal, at least 2 thousand MW YEKA tenders will be held every year and regulations facilitating the permit processes of investors will be implemented. The announced road map is expected to positively affect the equipment production industry clustered in our region by paving the way for new investments in the sector. SunCable (the Australia-Asia Power Link) is slated to generate 6GW of renewable energy, one-third of which would be transmitted to the Southeast Asia city-state via an undersea cable. The Australian Energy Market Operator (#AEMO) has set out an updated 30-year roadmap for the transition of the National Electricity Market (#NEM). The 2024 Integrated System Plan (ISP), published on 26 June, confirms that the most cost-effective way to supply electricity to Australian homes and businesses is through renewable energy. This energy will be connected via transmission and distribution systems, supported by storage solutions, and backed up by gas-powered generation as the country transitions to a net zero economy.
