Let candidates speak to someone senior in engineering before you ask them to invest time in technical stages! ?? ? Our average process in 2023 was 3.5 stages (permanent hires) The attrition rate for candidates who spoke to someone (in engineering) on the team first was significantly lower than for clients who asked for a technical stage first. ?
