Netflix is not targeting mass market; its customers’ segment is very narrow and niche. - How many are watching movies from the mentioned 6 billion? - What movies they watch? - Where they prefer to watch movies? - Do they believe in cash or digital for payments? - Netflix is based on subscription model, is it feasible and viable in the another countries? Before looking to solve the distribution channel (payment channel), you must focus on the value propositions, customer segments, and the model type if one-time or subscription or tail or multi-sided .. etc..
