When Dr Osama Hashmi and I created Impiricus in 2021, we knew we were going to disrupt the Pharma industry, but we didn't know exactly how. Our thesis was that Pharma would continue to increase digital interactions with HCPs. However, with traditional solutions and channels, this would only increase white noise for HCPs. Meeting with existing and new clients has brought me to Dubrovnik this week for the Next Pharma Summit. A great start this morning kicked-off with some high quality speakers and presentations including … Marco Andre ?? who spoke to the true game changer that AI already is … HCPs will not be willing to search and log into portals just to access content like before. Digital Health offerings will need to provide much more value … solutions leveraging personal patient data to gain adoption and make an impact. Patrick Markt-Niederreiter highlighted the increasing importance of behavioral science to marketing as it evolves … not selling to internal stakeholders but increasing the focus to meeting high priority needs of HCPs and patients to achieve all stakeholders objectives. Catarina Santos PhD, MBA explained the need to focus Digital Transformation efforts on those elements which which will generate the greatest impact (otherwise we will see continued paralysis) and learn from iterations. Alyssa Fenoglio gave an excellent presentation including the importance of aligning both internal and external stakeholders around stakeholders objectives. Julien Pahud from shared some really useful insights on the importance of getting true buy-in across the organisation to innovation and how overcoming fear of failure (along with examples of Lilly approached it) is key to this. #digitaltransformation #nextpharmasummit #pharmamarketing #aiinhealthcare #nextnormal #patientcentricity #pharma #health
