Jobs for Aged above 50 We have listened that experience makes the man perfect, but what we are seeing nowadays is different. Some HR's or companies seeking Higher degrees with less experience which I think is a wrong option. It's just like driving a vehicle by a new driver with learner's licence. There working experience doesn't matters, there ideas which can improve the output of the organization doesn't matter for the interviewers. The CV'S are choosen through electronic machines or softwares which is pre programmed.

Sometime "FRESHERS" confused Difference Between Offer Letter & Appointment Letter 1) Offer Letter- It is given after once Candidate is Selected After Interview. Normally it is one Page Letter mentioning total salary, expected date of joining and validity of offer letter. 2) Appointment Letter Order: It is Issued once the Candidate confirms & Joins the Organization. It is 3-4. page Letter which contains Salary Break-up, Annual CTC, Probation period, Notice Period, Termination Clause, Leave Details, Statutory Benefits etc. Appointment Letter should be signed and acknwoledged by the candidate as a confirmation that he has studied and understand the Appointment Letter / Order.
