Be mindful of shared resources – equity and fairness are key. 5?? Listen first in negotiations – understanding others is power. 6?? Always acknowledge others' work – trust grows when credit is given. 7?? Own your mistakes and share your wins – it’s about building trust and morale. 8?? Excited to prep for our next New Social Leaders (NSL) cohort! I’ve had some great chats recently with potential participants about their goals and learning styles. NSL isn’t your typical course— it is for people who are looking to explore the leadership of positive change, whatever that might mean to them, through sharing and learning with others in a small, supportive online space.?We focus on contemporary leadership stuff (like coaching, collaboration, community power, relationships, remote working, political change, funding, wellbeing, demand etc) exploring big ideas in small group discussion, with space for everyone to contribute. Each session is facilitated by me and has core questions and some reading and audio resources relating to that session's theme / topic shared in advance. There's also a network of NSL alumni (160 now!) who meet quarterly to explore each other’s work further and connect.?Feedback is really positive!? So, if you're trying your best to lead positive change and looking for a lovely bunch of change makers to learn alongside and build a relationship with, check it out —spots are filling up fast though.?Community Catalysts CIC https://lnkd.in/eCgr87Tq

Christian organizations love their people. But time is scarce, and the mission? It always comes first. → One-on-ones, canceled.?→ Trainings, postponed.?→ Celebrations, rushed. Everyone’s committed to the cause—but over time, challenges grow: → How do we develop leaders who carry the mission forward? → How do we manage team dynamics with grace? → How do we grow without losing our foundation? This is my space. I spent 18 years as an exec in a national Christian nonprofit. Now, I’ve returned as a coach—with a team built to help Christian leaders. The long-term impact you want? It matters as much as you think. And it starts with healthy leaders.
