Our alumni though no longer a part of the team, continue to inspire every incoming batch through their tales captured via innumerable pictures, and the one of them working on the DR'17, which many of us still recall very fondly as The Beast, is one to stand out. The testing of the DR'24, on the other hand, is another huge task checked off from our To Do list for the month, helping us assess the improvements to be made on the new chassis under design. Furthermore, this is the edition where we have the pleasure to introduce you to one of the most hardworking and jovial members of our team. Someone who can sure shot be termed as a nerd, read through the journey of Harsh Srivastava in his very own words. Shifting the focus from our team for a moment, the world of F1 definitely keeps getting a lot more interesting with each race. With Checo extending his contract with Redbull & Carlos struggling to find a seat for 2025, the news of now Esteban Ocon terminating his contract with Alpine at the end of this season is not what anyone might have expected. With Hamilton already setting the stage on fire by taking his place at Ferrari, 2025 is definitely something that every F1 fan has got his eyes locked on. Congratulations to the team. Today we launched RaceHub 3.0. This is a big achievement and I believe our software now finally matches the state of the art nature of our hardware. Many lower cost vendors save on the software because it is very expensive to develop. Remember that and to what extent you get new features and updates in the future when considering the price of your next hardware. I would say that thousands of Asetek SimSports customers got a completely new product today - free of charge. As an example- when we introduced LEDs in to our products some thought it was nothing but bling for gamers. The LEDs have really come to live now with very valuable and useful features as indications of cars coming from behind, which side they are on, how far away they are, flag warnings etc. Features you can simply never get on products made on standard industrial motors ?? https://lnkd.in/dWMAPCG3

I like to compare demos (eg. at the end of a sprint, or when a user story is ready) to F1 racing. I can watch a F1 race and form opinions about the cars, the drivers, the track, etc. But sit me behind the wheel of a racing car doing 180 mph at Silverstone? That's a completely different kettle of fish ?? My point, of course, is that a demo isn't a /real/ experience -- for anyone. Could your team replace demos with a more realistic user experience?
