Led by Chef Matt Hamilton and Owner Tom Main, Freeland’s offers a fresh approach to “heritage cuisine,” celebrating the flavors and traditions passed down through generations of Indiana residents. Chef Hamilton has curated a menu with a strong focus on vegetarian dishes, which will showcase the incredible produce from Fields Market Garden (FMG). ????? The restaurant is committed to purchasing at least 50% of what FMG produces, which provides employment opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities that live at the adjacent North End Apartments.
