"Serve with a smile"! That's the motto. Treating patients with a smile can have many benefits for the patient. Among many other things, one, a genuine smile can help patients feel accepted and develops trust, and two, considering most patients are stressed when in the clinic/hospital, a smile can help patients feel less stressed and anxious.
