Position Overview: As the Construction Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading and supervising construction projects from start to finish. You will manage a team of skilled workers and subcontractors, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining our high standards of quality craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise construction crews and subcontractors on-site to ensure efficient project execution. - Coordinate daily activities, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines and goals. - Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and permit requirements. - Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and address challenges promptly to maintain project momentum. - Conduct regular site inspections and safety meetings to promote a safe working environment. - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to interpret plans, specifications, and client expectations. - Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.
