Disappointed with Nykaa Fashion’s Service! Hi everyone, I wanted to share an unfortunate experience with Nykaa Fashion that I believe deserves attention. I recently ordered a KISAH WHITE PATIALA (Size L) on October 23 (Order ID: NYK-233225017-7612854) specifically for Diwali. After waiting for the delivery, I was disappointed to receive the wrong colour. I immediately raised a complaint within 30 minutes of delivery, but after 72 hours, I was informed that a replacement wouldn’t be processed. The explanation given was that the correct colour had supposedly been dispatched from their warehouse — an answer that feels both inadequate and dismissive. If Nykaa is certain about the item they shipped, they should provide video confirmation of the dispatch. As a customer, I deserve transparency, a replacement, or a refund, especially for an item I urgently needed. It’s disappointing when brands don’t meet the trust we place in them, especially during festive occasions. ?? Nykaa Fashion Team – Kindly step up and address this issue. Show us that you care about your customers and are committed to righting your mistakes.
