Yesterday, our Brin Glass Company teams joined the Keystone Group International Culture Cohort event—it’s always a great time connecting with teammates across the Brin family and diving into conversations about culture (one of my favorite topics!). One big takeaway for me? No matter our generation, we all value mentorship when we’re in a workplace that truly supports learning, listening, and meeting people where they are. When we build a culture that cares about individual growth, everyone benefits.
