A specific thing I found helpful is to ensure the goals and scope are aligned across departments. This may be as simple as asking questions such as what are the desired outcomes, success metrics, deliverables? Who are the target users, stakeholders, decision makers? All of this is important information. By defining and communicating these aspects clearly, you can ensure everyone is on the same page. It's important as a User Experience Designer to know all the in's and out's of a project before diving into it.

To effectively synchronize UED projects across functions, it's crucial to establish a unified understanding of the project's objectives and scope. Clarify the intended results, tangible outputs, and criteria for success. Identify the intended user base, relevant stakeholders, and key decision-makers. Explore the constraints, assumptions, and potential risks. This is among the most key steps to producing a successful result. In larger projects there is often a tension around scope, particularly if you are working with third parties. When individuals feel like they're part of a team they can laugh and cry with, is where the magic happens. Because if you're not afraid to speak up, you won't be afraid to provide (critical) feedback, advice or insights. You won't hesitate to communicate regularly whether over chat or call, and the more is communicated the more in line everyone is about the project. Company culture is the first building block to establishing harmony and alignment in any project.

Hence, i think that as much as we want to boss other persons/staff around and push them to adopt good/ideal user experience on products, we should be patient and allow people grow and learn. They will eventually catch up because UX will always win at the end
