Despite the crisis in the Baltic region and the withdrawal of investors from Central and Eastern Europe, we are not scaling back our plans and ambitions. SIRIN Development firmly believes that the current time is the best moment to prepare for recovery, and we do not intend to change our strategy. ? And our results show that. We grew our revenues and assets by around 30% last year, and our portfolio vacancy is now 5%. We also developed 107,000 sqm of logistics real estate. Our investment strategy is about 90% complete. We wanted to start more new construction and planned to acquire more land. And we did it. ? This year our growth target is 20%. By following a long-term strategy, we aim to develop around 1 million sqm of logistics real estate in the Baltics in the next 3-4 years. ? As SIRIN Development CEO Laurynas Kuzavas says - when there is a crisis, you have to dig up the yard - review the processes and prepare for economic recovery. So it's time for everyone who owns logistics real estate to review, lease or expand it. ? That is our long-term strategic plan.
