If you have too many accumulated tasks, I suggest this from my own experience : - Write down all tasks you want and have to do in a notebook or App. - Start with the most important task and remember to check it. - At the end of the day rewrite the non-done tasks in a smaller, more specific way that you can do it easily next day.
