The recent train accident in Siliguri has raised a few questions. and a blame game will soon start and some individuals,like station master, gate keepers, loco drivers will become scape goats in all this. the current anti collusion Kawach technology costs 50 lacs per kilometres.WTF. who approved it and what minds were at work to even get this implemented. anti collusion system doesn't need fiber optic cabling, towers,rfids. it can be done almost at the cost of a car per engine. but someone somewhere needs to make money out of it. hence, 50 lacs per kilometre cost is justified.
