We’re always churning things out at the level of an organisation ten times our size. Fast, quality decision-making counts for everything, and I’m a firm believer in delivering the one simple thing that will make the biggest difference. 2. Tell us about a moment at Carefree that made you feel like you were making a real difference. Every start-up has to make big and small pivots. We’ve had a lot of them and I definitely feel most proud of myself when I’ve reset the board and secured us another chance to make a run at something. 3. When you're not at Carefree, what passion or hobby fuels your energy and creativity? I love to host dinners, roam aimlessly and swim outdoors.
