How to sell a property in two weeks? One that had been sitting on the market for 2 years? And to sell it for a higher price per square foot than the rest? It takes strategy -> preparation -> collaboration -> execution, and I thank my client for putting the trust in me to carry out my proven process. I took the time to ask my seller client what was most important to them. What’s compelling them to sell. I walked through the property with the seller, and I analyzed what improvements could be a worthy investment for making the property more marketable. I told my seller honestly what improvements might not yield enough returns and wouldn’t be worth the investment. I then introduced top vendors and contractors to provide quotes for sprucing up the space, and coordinated with them and building management to make it a smooth and easy process for my seller. I also worked with the seller to carefully re-design the space and procure new furniture and decor to make the apartment more spacious, luxurious and inviting. Then I hired top real estate photographer Richard Caplan and videography team Jacxenie Espinal and Sandy De Jesus to create visual assets that market the home in the most stunning, creative and engaging way! I created a lot of buzz online, on social, and offline in real life and on phone calls with my network of potential buyers and my real estate agents community!
