We're pushing the boundaries of the semiconductor industry with our #photonic debonding technology, driving the adoption of #2D materials in next-generation electronic devices. Through our collaboration, #imec has achieved an impressive transfer yield on a 300 mm wafer scale, facilitating the defect-free transfer of #2D materials. As a significant step in our partnership, #PulseForge is set to install the state-of-the-art PD300SA photonic debonding tool at imec's clean room in Belgium. This installation will further enhance the sequential TMDC layer transfer for next-generation devices.
