Did you know that ZField Dual can provide adequate training for all fitness levels? Implementing a unique Zimmer technology, we created a special program suitable for different stages of the training for people engaged in fitness, sports, or people at the beginning of their “journey”. Beginner level:? For individuals who have little to no exercise in their daily life and want to start body shaping with Zfield Dual. Standard level:? Using the Standard program, you can effectively assist individuals who exercise sporadically but struggle to achieve their desired "body shaping" results due to time constraints. Professional level:? Individuals who consistently exercise but still want to sculpt specific areas, such as the abdominal muscles, are ideal for this program. High-Intensity level:? The program has the greatest possible training effect on the muscles. With high intensity, it is possible to achieve a positive and visible result even after only a few applications. Regardless of your fitness level, training with ZField Dual will deliver the results you aim for! #ZimmerMedizinsysteme #ZimmerMedical #ZimmerAesthetics #ZField #bodyshaping #musclebuilding #musclecontractions #electromagneticpulses #highenergyinductivetreatment #zimmersolutions

One thing has been bothering me since a month now. Why fitness centers has the images of the body builders? Think of it this way. Most people go to gym to become healthy. Only one in thousands dreams of career in bodybuilding. Why don't you setup a picture of real thin person or real fat person who now looks real attractive after joining gym ? I can conclude only two things from this: either you did AB testing that produced a result showing having bodybuilders images was more benificial. Or you are not aware that most person who comes to gym don't want to be a bodybuilder. #DataDrivenDeicsionMaking

The history of fitness centers dates back to ancient Greece, where gymnasiums were places for athletic training and education. In the 19th century, organized physical education emerged in Europe, particularly through gymnastics. The 20th century saw the rise of commercial gyms and bodybuilding, with iconic figures like Charles Atlas and Arnold Schwarzenegger shaping fitness culture. By the 1970s and 1980s, aerobics and health clubs gained popularity, promoting cardiovascular fitness and a healthy lifestyle. Today, fitness centers focus on overall wellness, incorporating technology and a wide range of exercise programs.

????Some strength & conditioning coaches and fitness trainers don’t understand the basics of their sport or its movement analysis. They argue that there is no specificity in training, no specific movements for the sport. However, experienced coaches who have trained many athletes and teams know better. They focus on what the athlete and sport need, how to train movements, and how to improve performance.?? 1) In football, dribbling the ball and crossing an opponent requires single-leg balance. If someone argues that there is no specificity in training, why are single-leg balances and step-ups included in gym sessions? Single-leg balances are part of the sport, so they should be trained. Running at speed involves sprinting, which is also sport-specific. If there is no specificity, then why train for speed and change of direction? Just sitting, drinking water, and relaxing would be the only training if there were no specificity because those activities aren’t part of the game. 2) In basketball, for example, dribbling and crossing the opponent involves lunges (strength) and lateral shuffles (speed). Passing the ball requires upper body power, while jumping and passing require lower body power and coordination. Many movements are involved, which is why strength and conditioning (S&C) are important. While you can’t mimic the exact sports movements in the gym, you can train specific movement patterns and speeds related to the sport. Although replicating the actual game situation is impossible, you can train sports-specific movements in various aspects like dumbbell lunges (strength), lateral shuffles (speed and change of direction), and skii jumps or lateral bounds (power). ? To train effectively, observe what the sport requires, then break down the movements to train for strength, speed, and power. While you can’t replicate every specific situation in the gym, such as jumping with a specific leg position, you can train the foundational movements. Running, lateral lunges, and crossovers are examples of sport-specific movements that need to be included in training. ?No matter what name you call it, train what the athlete and their sport need. If they are doing something wrong according to biomechanics, correct the mistake and movement pattern with different aspects. #traintheathlete #trainthemovements #coachiyappan #iyappancoach #youthathletedevelopmentcoach #strengthandconditioningcoach
