Why did I start BlueTuskr? I’ve held multiple roles where I was the only in-house marketer, which led me to become responsible for collaborating with a ton of different agencies. But the problem was that none of these agencies wanted to work with one another. So instead of actually getting my work done, I was playing the middleman.. And when I finally reached my limit, I tried leveraging a full-service agency. But most of them are formed by a bunch of generalists, not specialists. So when I started Bluetuskr, I vowed to not make the same mistake. Instead, I was intentional on building an agency with mini-agencies within it.
