Hello #connections Hope everyone is good. Now as we all can check that hiring is going on and specially this post is dedicated to freshers and experienced people. When I joined Brainium Information Technologies I had a conversation with Poulomi who is now Associate in Brainium Information Technologies. She told me what the company was that time. Now I am telling what it is now. 1. Previously on foundation day of Brainium Information Technologies they take all employees to some restaurant or order lunch. From this year it has been discontinued. 2. Every month's last date there was a cake cutting ceremony for those employees who had birthday on that month. Discontinued from previous month. 3. Brainium Information Technologies urgs they give menstrual leave to every women. I tell you one short story - Someone(Don't want to name her) took menstrual leave on some date in a month. Now next month she took menstrual leave on some another date, and then the 12 years experienced employee ask her why did you take leave on this this date you taken leave on some othere date in previous month. Now you decide what is the benefit of that leave then ?? 4. In Brainium Information Technologies When I was in dedicated project if I take leave on weekdays I have to work on weekends to manage that leave and then some bluff compoff added in my leave balance and this continues. Is this really a good way for a so called esteemed company. I personally don't think so. 5. The most important point ?? I am not sure, I have heard it from someone that Brainium Information Technologies cannot give salary to the employee for this month on time or it would be delayed. This is the 2nd part of my experience in Brainium Information Technologies ... Many more to come. Name of 12 years experienced employee who dont allow to do use Promise.all in node js instead she use waterfall model for parallel execution of code and from last post you all know that during a discussion she asked me how do you solved that I told this issue occurred due to copy by reference theory she asked me what is this ?? .... And her name is one and only Mrs Ipsita Deb. Please give a round of applause for her completing 12 years in Brainium Information Technologies. But this company didn't valued valuable employees .... ??Sharing The Experience with Tech Mahindra’s Off /ON Campus Recruitment Drive ?? Tech Mahindra's off/On campus drive, and it was a challenging yet rewarding experience. Here’s a breakdown of the four rounds I faced: Round 1: Written Test This 90-minute test was divided into four sections: ?? Quantitative Aptitude: Arithmetic, algebra, and data interpretation. ?? Logical Reasoning: Puzzles and pattern recognition. ?? Verbal Ability: Grammar, comprehension, and vocabulary. ?? Technical Knowledge: Basic programming and CS fundamentals. Tip: Consistent practice with aptitude books and mock tests is key. For technical, revisiting core concepts and solving coding problems made a big difference. Round 2: Technical Interview This round was a deep dive into my technical skills. The interviewer asked about my academic projects and posed challenging questions on: - Data Structures & Algorithms - Databases - Programming Languages (like why I preferred React over Angular, and details about NodeJS) - Coding Challenges (e.g., reversing a linked list) Tip: Regular coding practice on platforms like GeeksforGeeks and HackerRank helped me clear this round. It’s important to clearly explain your thought process. Round 3: HR Interview The final round focused on personality, cultural fit, and future aspirations. Questions ranged from my background and career goals to situational problems that tested my decision-making abilities. Tip: Be honest and self-aware. Research Tech Mahindra’s values and recent developments to align your answers with the company’s culture. This experience not only tested my knowledge but also helped me grow as a candidate.
