Each campaign in your Google ad account has to have a crystal clear purpose when scaling. You need to know why that campaign is there, how it fits into the overall strategy and what steps you’ll take to scale it. It’s also really handy knowing what pitfalls to look out for. That way you can prevent them before they occur. Knowing what to do when things go wrong (they will at some point) is what separates the good agency’s from set and forget ones. Without this clarity, you’re going to really struggle at scale. All your weak points and holes in your strategy will be exposed. Anyone can be profitable running campaigns full of branded terms. Once you exhaust those and your bottom of funnel traffic… things get tougher. Don't just follow every instruction from your clients. ?? It's important to listen to them talk about their business, their best-selling products, competition, customers, and how they find those customers.?? Let me give you an example: One of the agencies I work with had a client who was getting lots of bad leads from their ads. The client wanted to stop all the Google ads because of these bad leads. ?? But the agency knew what was causing the problem and had been working on a solution. They explained the issue to the client and what they planned to do to fix it. The client trusted them and agreed to let them try their solution. ??? After they made the changes, the client saw a huge improvement in the quality of leads. ?? If the agency had just done what the client said, the client wouldn't have seen any improvement, and the agency would have lost money when they stopped the ads. ?? By standing up for themselves and explaining their plan, the agency was able to keep the client happy and turn things around. ?? If you're an expert in Google Ads, don't let your clients make decisions that could hurt them. Listen to them, but also stand up for yourself and suggest solutions that will solve the problem. ?? Tactics to run a Google Ad for different products with equal distribution of Investment. If you create only one campaign for three different ad groups, Google may spend all of your budget only on one group rather than distributing it equally among all groups. e:g. If I have a product of 3 different colors. Let's say yellow, blue and black Lamborghini. Now, if I create a single campaign for all three colors with a total budget of $300,000. It might happen that one of all the three colors takes my 80,90% or maybe 100% of the total budget because google don't have the ability to equally divide your budget among all, it depends upon the traffic and keywords. So, I have to create three different campaigns for all the three colors and will have to equally divide my budget for those i.e., $100,000 for each. Now I can equally reach all my products according to my specified budget. This also has a positive impact on my CTR. Summary: Create different campaigns for different kinds of products to get your traffic within your budget accordingly.
