Here are 4 traits I look for when hiring anyone on my team. 1) Likeability. Are they likeable ? Do they smile? Are they positive ? Are they easy to talk to? 2) Grit. Do they have what it takes to push through the tough times to persevere? To understand that most of the times you will get a NO.. but you are closer to a YES. 3) Why? How bad do you want it? What is your why? Why are you doing it? What do you want to accomplish? Team players : 4) Do they want to play the team game or the I game..
