AERIS GLOBAL MOUNTING SYSTEM IS A GAME-CHANGER FOR OXIDATION DITCH AERATORS The removable Mounting Frame allows installation and removal of the aerator while the plant remains online. The Mounting Frame creates a square opening in the endcap of sufficient size to allow the aerator impeller to pass through. Enclosed endcaps on oxidation ditches are intended to contain aerosols and prevent odour migration but in-doing-so they can limit the supply of atmospheric gases, particularly if lane curtains are installed in the opening between the endcap and the water level. Surface aerators require a continuous supply of air to function effectively. The Aeris Global Mounting System includes four lamella plate cassettes allowing unrestricted supply of air to feed the aerator impeller but prevent splash from escaping. Upon removal, the entire assembly is placed on a Support Platform, purpose-designed to accept the Mounting Frame.
