People Opportunities: Billionaire Larry Connor said on stage during my fireside chat with him that 90% of problems are people problems, and 90% of opportunities are people opportunities. Also, interestingly he never hires people from his industry, they come with way too much baggage and limiting beliefs, he trains them on how they do things instead, and gets 2.3-4x productivity out of the staff paid the same as in-industry staff which know what the "norm" is that he wants to stay far away from.
