Kolkata v/s Bangalore v/s Hyderabad : I often see posts considering Kolkata as a grey spot which is now being recognised slowly. But however comparing the above 3 cities in terms of company formation and establishment the later 2 can be taken as consideration but the Kolkata still need to compete with new growing cities unlike Bhubaneswar. Kolkata is a big "No" for most of the reasons due to : . No Right Talent . Not good enough competition except few generation MNCs. . State Government is not supportive unlike others. . Lack of proper infra (Not in terms of space & accomodation but in terms of work environment ). But the one which makes us unite for "City of Joy" if we decide to leverage our demography existence we have a great potential in manufacturing sector. Orissa, Jharkhand, Bihar including Bengal itself can help producing Indias most favorable condition manufacturing state which is supported by a Port as well. No Doubt, Why calcutta was the capital in British Raj. Localities and respective State citizens need to understand the "Need of Kolkata or I should say Redeveloped Joy City".
